How is EUR to USD calculated?
We use ECB reference rates quoted against the euro. The EUR to USD cross-rate equals the EUR-to-USD rate divided by the EUR-to-EUR rate for the same observation date. The amount is multiplied by that cross-rate.
Will I receive this rate at the Post Office or M&S Travel Money?
Not necessarily. Banks and travel-money providers apply their own customer exchange rates and may charge fees. Check the provider's actual offer before exchanging money.
